Attorney in Colorado wants Sheen statements thrown out

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - An attorney for Charlie Sheen wants statements thrown out which were made by a actor to military investigating a Yuletide Day made at home attack report.

In a motion filed Apr 1, attorney Richard Cummins says an officer questioned Sheen but advising him of his rights.

The motion does not reveal a content of Sheen's statements. A decider has not ruled upon a matter.

Prosecutor Arnold Mordkin declined to comment.

Sheen, star of TV's "Two as well as a Half Men," is charged with menacing, rapist effect as well as attack in a case involving his wife Brooke Mueller Sheen.

Sheen has pleaded not guilty. A jury hearing is set for July 21.
